I Once Was Blind But Now I See
Thinking Today of Bobby G.
This particularly great man was someone most special to this author.
He was a man who stayed with me all the time while in a new facility we happened to be placed.
Bobby G. loved me so well he wanted to be in the same room with me while there.
The memories are still very real and fresh; in my mind.
Tell the truth he was a terrific person who had a heart of gold within himself.
He freely gave me of himself everyday we were together.
Yes, he became a brother to me and will forever be known to others as my brother.
For he gave me his love so freely and stood by me no matter what.
Thinking today of Bobby G. brings me peace and a sadness at the same time.
Why?
Because he is no longer here for he is now passed away for over a year.
I will treasure the love he had for me and will continue to love him though he is no longer here; in person.
