THIS IS FOR ALL THE "PWP'S",
WHO STRUGGLES THROUGH EACH DAY
AND TO THOSE WHO DON'T UNDERSTAND US.
EMPTY FACES
I look around me and what do I see
A sea of empty faces starin back at me
Where am I, I ask?
WITH YOUR ON KIND
Someone was so kind as to remind
But how can that be,
their faces are all mask
JUST LIKE YOURS, HE SAID FOR THE SECOND TIME
But that just can't be
There is nothing wrong with me
LOOK IN THE MIRROR
AND TELL ME WHAT YOU SEE
A empty face starin back at me
how did this happen, who is to blame
How in the world can I face the shame?
DRY UP THOSE TEARS,
WHAT´S THAT GONNA DO?
But shouldn't I be allowed to cry?
Looks like there's a good chance that I might die.
YOU´VE GOT TO AT LEAST TRY
Try and do what, not make it so real?
Why show me these other faces?
That are all around me still
SO YOU CAN FACE REALITY,
BEFORE THINGS START TO GET WORSE
SELF PITY MOST OFTEN IS AN UNDER RATED CURSE
Better see'n the empty faces,
All lookin just like me.
Cause I'm gonna express myself
to let the world see, that I'm all alone
And I just can't face all of this on my own.
