Lyle and the Morning Glories

In the past there were some morning glories that captivated Lyle's attention.
They of course were beautiful to see and also to smell.
Being it was a vine didn't deter Lyle from enjoying the flowers.
There was a robin that flew on the beautiful vine and perched itself.
Lyle, from the window, was able to see the beautiful sight of God's creatures converging.
Lyle could hear the robin sing his tune of adoration to the Creator.
It was a special time that was had and enjoyed.
Today Lyle is no longer around to see or smell the flowers for he is on a long journey.
I am sure that where he is there is something that is captivating his attention.
Long may Lyle B. be remembered  for the man he is and was.
For, in my own heart, I am elated to have known him as my brother and friend.
