When I Was a Child

There was a time in my past that I wanted to make some biscuits.
I didn't know the first thing about making them but looked at Mom and how she did it.
Thinking I knew what to do I put them together and stuck them in  the oven.
I set the temperature for a certain degree and put them in there with keeping them there for a whole thirty minutes.
Needless to say the biscuits were overcooked and I had ruined the pan.
It was a time I will never forget in having done what I thought was right but was entirely wrong.
This is the way our lives are today somewhat we plan wrong and we ruin a good opportunity that the Lord has set for us.
Don't allow yourself to think on your own but with the help of God.
