if i could save the children i would do it everyday
let them have a better life take poverty away
they wouldnt have to starve and wouldnt have to die
i would wipe there tears help there eyes to dry
they would have a new life better than before
and poverty they suffered would be there no more
if i could do all this and make there life worthwhile
this would make me happy and make the whole world smile
