Recognizing Silverindian Today

This was the username of my dad, Mr. Gennis Ervin Brickhouse, Sr.
He had me to ghost write for him many years ago.
I loved to do the ghost writing as he would share the stories he would spin.
He was a wonderful man and story teller.
I always enjoyed hearing him tell  his stories for they were many to tell.
Many times I would listen to him tell the same story over and over again and always learning something new that I didn't know before.
He had a way of telling stories that made your skin crawl with excitement and wonder.
I will always cherish the times we were together and he would spin another story.
I celebrate his time today and offer to you a heart full of love given to my dad.
Knowing in his heart he is with me and though he is no longer; upon the earth, he still has a place within my heart which is certain and sure.
Bless you, Dad, for being the good story teller you were and the many hours I enjoyed hearing you.
You're the greatest of all dads and I am so glad you're mine
