The Watery Soldiers Are the Rain We Feel

A learned man pondered over the watery soldiers.
He was assured it was the rain but didn't know for sure.
Having asked the author of the piece he wanted to know their origin.
Well, the author pointed to the rain and told him that it was the rain he was speaking.
Joy was seen on the face of the learned man for he was assured now it was the rain of which the author spake.
One lesson can be learned from this whole incident and that is for the author to say what he means and not flower it up with unfamiliar words.
The author liked the words of the watery soldiers for it is something that made him think of the marching that the rain will do.
It will march in unison to the purpose of the Lord and with it the water will flow.
This is the whole story and one I enjoy telling for it is one that involves my brother and myself, the author.
