Promenading among seashells
Gathering memories from across a shore
Whilst strobes of light yet guide
To a home that blankets hearts of love
Time's effortless notion dictates stories bound
Like poetic saunters that gracefully find their mark in the book of life
And become seamlessly woven by the spirit of heaven's touch
While passion's fire leaves healing suave upon souls
Once more it occurs…..the morning breaks
Reveling in the heat of brilliant light
Its shadow creates its own brand of ballet to time after
As do hearts that descend into the warmth of promise
Where nothings forsaken….. there's a peaceful place
For never shall falter become the victor
Though apart or near in swaddling arms
One candle flickers
it cannot morph
into swirling smoke
against darkness
