I Once Was Blind But Now I See
Special Holidays Are Most Wonderful
Immediately we think of Christmas as being the top holiday.
Then there is Easter to commemorate the Lord's sacrifice.
These two are the primary ones that come to mind and have one important subject---Jesus.
Thanksgiving is another holiday we revere as being something wonderful.
Halloween is the next of course.
Then July 4th tops the summer list of holidays.
Father's Day is the next for it is in June when it comes along.
Mother's Day is the most beautiful of all holidays for it concerns our mothers.
Many other holidays come to mind for me and all are very special.
But the one holiday that is not thought of is our own birthday.
Why?
Because this is where we got our start for a whole new life of loving and of giving.
May we be cognizant and mindful of the many holidays we have and celebrate them well.
