If that is you .... Then - don't give in to despair - my friend - even though all Around may seem bleak - and so intense - take heart and lift Your head up - it is time to leave the fence - and step up boldly To the foot of the cross - where the LORD is waiting to welcome You - For He longs to carry your burdens - and give You rest - and His Life anew . He tells us - we are of great value - like a pearl of the deepest Worth - that He was willing to give His life for us - so that we could Receive New Birth - such value beyond comprehension - though Mired in the worldly clay - and yet the LORD of all the Glory - Knew - it was a price He was happy To pay . Don't say - God has made a mistake with you - that He doesn't Know what you have done - and that if He had really known the Truth - He would never have sacrificed His Son - let me tell you that He knows it all - everything we have said - or - how low we may have Gone - yet - He still would have gone to that old rugged cross - Even if you were the Only one . That is how much God loves us - no matter what we've done - He's Opened wide the gates of heaven - and gladly bids us come - so - come Into His courtyards - and lay your burdens down - receive - His forgiveness and His welcome - His Kingship - and His crown - for we are His own Treasure - a prize of the greatest worth - a diamond in The Saviour's eyes - drawn from the Deepest earth .
