The mind that understands,
Can acquire knowledge;
For the wise of these lands,
Wisdom will acknowledge.
Speak to ears of the wise,
For God they want to hear;
And look into their eyes,
Wanting God to appear.
A gift can open doors,
For the one that gives it;
Going to distant shores,
Rewarded for merit.
He will see great people,
Taken to their presence;
You can speak the Gospel,
To make their acquaintance.
If they want to argue,
Flipping coins end quarrels;
And settle the issue,
Indicate good laurels.
An offended brother,
Will be more resistant;
You lock up each other,
If fights are persistent.
Being able to speak,
Provides food for stomach;
Nourishment you can seek,
So not to run amuck.
Talking provides living,
With power over death;
Since God is forgiving,
Sustaining past last breath.
The ones who love to talk,
Will be eating their words;
Expectations will walk,
While going backwards.
