Did you know that you are a gift to the world?
Yes, you were created with purpose.
Chosen for this specific hour in time…
Your contributions are certain to surface.
All of us feel that we can’t be enough…
We struggle…have moments of fear…
But created to change the world in some way
God has big plans for each of us here.
I know you are thinking, " He couldn’t use me."
O, but He can and He will!
There’s never been anyone exactly like you
And you have an assignment to fill.
God won’t replace you with somebody else
Because nobody else can compare.
Lovingly crafted by capable Hands…
You've got all of this good stuff to share.
You are beautiful, smart, a woman of worth…
A daughter in whom He takes pride.
I know you can’t see it…it’s a lot to take in
But His definition won't be denied.
You've got so much to offer but are so unaware
Of the difference you already make.
The things you don't do speak volumes themselves...
Because you're not doing them just for His sake.
You are special…so special to God and to me
And I hope this poem gives you a lift.
You may see the world as a vast wilderness
But you were brought to the world as a gift.
