A Memory of Mother

Though it is a month away for Mother's Day, I am still thinking of my dear mother and the love she freely gave.
Mother was no one's fool and you couldn't snow her anytime you wanted.
Mother always had the upper hand in a matter without the use of chicanery.
There were no tricks ever played for they were unwarranted.
I remember so well the times we had together as Mother and son.
It was a special time for me; in that Mother knew there was something wrong and wanted to know what it was.
There was no snowing Mother as we have said.
From the heart Mother know the way things were and knowing her; Mother wanted to make them better for me.
