The fondest memories I have are with the parents God gave me.
They had a love that never stopped though it could have.
I am choosing to remember them today for a specific reason.
Their love is the reason for it was always constant.
I had to be punished for an offense so many years ago.
I had to be chastised by the both of them first with Mom then with Dad.
It was a painful time for me though I got through it all right.
The love was still there though I didn't think so at the time.
Remembering both of them today brightens my life for always loved my brother and myself.
They are both gone to Heaven and have been there for years.
I fondly remember them and always shall for their love; even in the bad times, was always there.
