I Once Was Blind But Now I See
Remembering Lyle Is Most Precious
The days that have passed since his passing are memorable.
Remembering Lyle is most precious; in so many ways.
The love he had was always there for everyone to feel and to know.
The kindness of his voice was always heard when I would call.
Lyle is the epitome of someone special and loving to all who knew him.
I am one of the fortunate ones to have personally known him.
True he was a mere mortal and not anything supernatural.
But he had an air about himself that set him apart from the rest.
He served his country well in the Armed Forces.
He later came to be a homemaker and what a homemaker he was!
From the heart of Lyle always came the love that one could feel.
I am hopefully honoring his memory of the great man he was and remains to be; in my own life.
To me, he is not gone but only away on a long journey.
He and I will see each other again and great will be the celebration.
