welcome back, poem
hello friend
we haven't spoken in
a long while
did you think I had
forgotten you
I am as much a part of you
as you are
the sum of me
you are
the inside out of me
and I am
grateful
you are
more me
than I am
myself
at times
without you
often
I do not stand
interdependence
is good for us
I strengthen you with
my mind
in the end
you fill me in
as a whole
and my holes
are forgotten
thank you
for letting me
come home
and
for reminding me
that I belong
in this
universe
