I Once Was Blind But Now I See
A Purposeful Man Named Lyle B.
Lyle was a man who had a purpose of doing his best to serve mankind.
He served in the Armed Forces for years and was highly noted for his valor.
Later in life, he came to be the purposeful man he was before his passing.
He was great; in so many areas of living and did well in most things he touched.
I remember him reading the local newspaper on Sunday afternoon while calling there to talk to them.
He was a man who was astute; in many areas of his life.
There was the Christmastimes we had together of him making the confections for us and to freely give them to us as gifts.
He had a driving force behind to excel; in all he attempted to do.
He was a man who was among many you'd care to know.
I know my life was full and remains full today in remembering him.
The key thing to remember about Lyle B. was he was a purposeful man; in all he did for mankind.
