It's Mother's Day Again

Today is known as Mother's Day.
A time of observing the mothers we have in our countries.
Acknowledging them for their sacrifices they make everyday of the year is what we do.
Knowing, in our hearts that the right thing to do is to celebrate this day and give thanks for our mothers who have given their very lives for us.
Each time a mother bears a child they are on the brink of death for doing so.
It is a great time when the mother and  baby survive the ordeal.
Mom did this three times; in her lifetime with the two of us remaining after our loss.
Jesus has a special place for mothers.
I believe it is set apart for them and only them to have.
The Scriptures tell us about the role of the mother and how blessed they are as mothers.
I know my own mother was a blessed mother and  I do call her Blessed today.
For Mom has earned this distinction.
As I am sure your mother did as well.
What a wonderful name Blessed is to all who hear it.
