an angel came to see me in my sleep one night
she had great big wings with feathers big and bright
sat upon my bed watching over me
i felt oh so safe she made me feel so free
she had big white halo all around her head
shining all around shining on my bed
like a guiding star sent from up above
watching over me giving me her love.
then she flew away deep in to the night
the vision that i saw was such a lovely sight
now i know there angels i saw one in my sleep
watching over me in my sleep so deep.
