A Week or so ago we went to Llandudno
For the Victorian Extravaganza Weekend,
We never pre-booked anywhere to stay
But found a hotel which we would commend.
There were fairground rides in every street
And there were lots of things to see and do,
Archery, tombola's, magic shows and more
Good old Punch and Judy were there too.
There were parades and steam engines
Vintage cars and so much more so see,
Jugglers, stilt walkers, traction engines
And the whole show was for free.
Last year my photo was taken with a Macaw
He likes the attention and loves to pose,
This year he had his Batman outfit on
He is always at these sort of shows.
No doubt I`ll see him next year as well
I wonder who he`ll be dressed as then,
I could hazard a guess I suppose
Could be superman or one of the x-men.
