Lonely People
Why did you keep yourself distant?
Did someone go and break your heart?
Why do you hide away your feelings?
Is it to keep yourself from falling apart?
Do you lay awake at night crying?
Cause your so tired of being alone.
Do you think no one could love you?
So you given up on letting yourself known.
When your out walking,
do you yearn for a hand to hold?
In the mirror do you see someone,
thinking your beautiful when your old?
You couldn't ever imagine the truth.
Do you ever stop a moment and wonder?
That theres someone out there waiting for you.
They are feeling and Doing the same things you are,
cause someone broke their heart to.
Could you break down your walls?
Let some people in to your life.
Cause maybe your someone,
is trying to make you fall in love,
with them tonight.
