Do you remember what your life was like in the past?
Do you have the good memories?
Do you have the bad memories?
Or, do you have both good and bad memories?
If you have the bad memories,
They don't deserve you
So better forget the past
Forget the past
But if you have the good memories,
Keep them in your memento.
Oh one thing is
If you have both good and bad memories
Which choice will you pick to remember what your life was like in the past?
Do you pick the good memories?
Or, do you pick the bad memories?
Take that into consideration
We, the mindfulness people choose the good memories to remember
Because the bad memories don't deserve us to remember
And the bad memories are not healthy to remember
So let go of the bad past
