LOVE AND LIGHT





LOVE AND LIGHT




The heart is dark it`s in despair
It feels it is beyond repair,
The darkness looms from deep within
From where the pain did first begin.



A wounded heart is hard to heal
Sorrow is all that it can feel,
It dwells within its misery
It needs some light to set it free.





It may just take a chink of light
To pierce the gloom and put things right,
The light could keep chipping away
And let it see the light of day.





Love can disperse the darkest gloom
Then true love will blossom and bloom,
The light of the heart will be seen
Its found a love is what it`ll mean.






Prisms of light will shine so bright
No more gloom only pure sunlight,
The heart will sing and soar once again
Love and light will replace the pain.
