Look Into the Languid Eyes of Jesus, Your Savior

While Jesus was hanging; on the cross, for our sins He had languid eyes.
There was no energy found; in the eyes of our Savior.
They were sluggish and I also believe sad.
Jesus gave us all He could ever possibly give to us all.
We should revere Him for all time and forever for the awful sin debt He had to pay.
Realize that the Lord did this for you alone though we are not alone as a people.
Jesus was irrespective of His own choices and yielded His life freely gave it to  save us.
This demands our best for Him and without fail.
I am a far cry from being all Jesus wants me to be for Him.
I am still learning and passing along on this journey with Him by my side.
Thankfully, I have Jesus to direct me; into the things He wants me to do for Him.
I don't stand alone any longer because I have Him as my Lord and Savior.
Looking into the languid eyes of Jesus, our Savior is something we must do from time to time and see the awful debt He paid for us.
If you will close your eyes and try to see the Cross where Jesus was then it will break  your heart if  you have any heart at all.
I used to was in church and singing the Old Rugged Cross and would close my eyes.
I was unable to finish the song for it broke my heart to see what I was seeing.
It does today for the Cross is there to remind us where Jesus died and freely gave His life.
Do yourself a favor and take a look at the languid eyes of Jesus and see for yourself.
