Don't Walk Away

Don't walk away, if I fall, no matter how far.
If I fall short from catching a falling star.
Reach down here embrace me, lift me up.
Sometimes that's what it takes when I had enough.
Give me hope chase all my fears away.
When I fall down, please don't walk away.

If you see me crying, tears falling from my eyes.
Lift my head up, show me there's still blue skys.
Show me love, give me strength, so I may stand.
Reach down here, give me your gentle hand.
When I feel alone and afraid, with me just stay.
When I fall down, please don't walk away.

If I see you hurt, full of heartache and pain.
I will reach down, I'll pick you up, all the same.
Give you my hand, become your rock, stand tall.
I will mend your wounds caused by your fall.
With love, with encouraging words I will say.
When you fall down, know; I won't walk away.
