Pamela and the Not So Quiet Patient

Dr. Harris is a most invaluable doctor for all to know.
Through her many years of education and residency she has paid her dues.
There was once a not so quiet patient who kept rattling all the time.
No matter the urgency of the message from Dr. Harris the patient wouldn't be quiet.
He continued to speak and hardly listened to anything the doctor said.
Then, Dr. Harris had an idea that would possibly work.
So, she implemented the idea and to her happiness it worked.
Dr. Harris put so many cotton balls; in the patient's mouth he couldn't speak.
This worked and she told him it had to do with clearing the air.
She knew he wouldn't mind being a clean person himself.
This is how it went when he would go on a rampage.
But most of the time he remained quiet and listened only.
