I Once Was Blind But Now I See
The Ever Amazing Lyle B.
When Lyle was alive he had a spirit about him that put my heart at ease.
A big burly type man with a gentleness of a lamb was how he was.
I am so pleased and happy that I had the opportunity of knowing him personally.
The Lord arranged it within His time for us to meet and I am so happy we did.
There was Lyle and his lifetime partner who shared their lives for thirty-one years.
It was a blessed time for me to get to know them and they liked to know me.
The friendship we had together resulted in a kinship that remains today.
Though we have said our goodbyes to Lyle here on earth, I still have him within my heart and mind.
He isn't that far away from me for he is within my heart and that is being very close.
May the Lord allow me to see Lyle again and for us to have a time of sharing.
I know my heart will be most grateful to the Lord for working this out.
