 The Calling

the calling photo calling.jpg
The wind it calls the poor, lost, and lame
it knows their hearts and each one's name
devoid of all hatred, guilt, or shame
they follow the Master's voice.

Follow me upon the gusty breeze He calls
piercing ignorance and those man made walls
beyond the world where darkness falls
Come now you've made your choice.

We were never meant to be bound by chains
or held captive by our earthly brains
instead we hear His song's refrains
Come home and abide with me.

The world once wrought with beauty bright
has lost it's sparkle within the night
we follow our Love, our heart's delight
and rejoice in the victory.

We walk by faith. We cannot see or hold the wind and yet it is there. Though we cannot see or touch God He is there and so we come and lay our burdens at the Master's feet. May You find me worthy Lord God Jehovah.
