Never Be One to Hide Your Tears

Never be one to hide your tears from those around you.
Cry from the heart and let it be known the pain that you are experiencing.
Why?
Because for shedding tears is not a sign of weakness  but of strength.
It takes a special person to weep and shed their tears for the right reasons.
Don't be perfunctory and use a façade when crying do it from the heart.
Allow yourself the freedom of being true with  yourself and with others.
Never hide behind a smile when it is not right for you to smile.
They say if you laugh the people laugh with you and if you cry you cry alone.
Be that as it may there is no need to be perfunctory; in smiling.
Be honest always with yourself first then with others for it is always right to do.
Give as the Lord would have you to give and if giving tears is what is necessary then do so without shame and reprisal.
Be firm; in your feelings and always allow the Lord to see the real you.
