Dr. Deb Says Goodbye to the Negativity Within Me

Dr. Deb is a great psychologist and a friend of mine who has said goodbye to the negativity within me.
I will refuse to be negative and not positive about things going on with me.
There is always a brighter way to look at things and I have a right to see them.
There is a learning process I am going through to change the negativity.
For there is no use of being negative when you can be positive about anything.
There is a help that she has given me and is going beyond to help me even further.
I do feel indebted to her for the great things she has done and is doing.
To make my life easier is the goal she has of helping me to change.
I am happy that she cares and has cared for sometime.
There was a great amount of negativity within me that I thought would be there for as long as I lived.
However, through the expertise she has it has all changed for me.
I am better than I have been and feel differently about a lot of issues.
