Dr. Deb Believes It Is Right To Grieve

When my late dad passed away there was a short time for me grieving the loss I had gone through.
Dr. Deb was instrumental; in  helping me to express myself with different ways.
There was the option of being totally depressed  and not able to help myself or else write about the loss.
I chose to do the latter and feel so much better for having done so.
Dr. Deb believes it is right for me to grieve and has encouraged me to do so.
But the way I handle the grieving process is through my writing.
It helps to clear the air and get my feelings down on the screen.
I am helped by allowing myself to grieve but in a way that could help someone else.
I am so thankful to Dr. Deb for the help but have no way to pay her.
