Dr. Deb's Helping Hand Has Touched Me

Through the years of knowing Dr. Deb, I have felt the helping hand of hers for some time.
She has reached out to me when my dad passed away and has been there for me many times since.
I had  great depression some weeks ago which I was bound to remain the way I was feeling.
But the resolve was over when I saw Dr. Deb.
For she knew something was up and had changed within me to the point of finding what it was.
I told her I was depressed; in a bad way for I was ready to take a drink of alcohol.
This, for me is being really low; depression wise for I don't normally think on those lines today.
Dr. Deb heard my orations and helped me with what she had to say.
I knew that she wouldn't let me down and she didn't.
There was no physical contact but figuratively she touched me by her helping hand enough for me to see where I was headed.
I look up to her and am indebted to her for the great help she has given me and hopefully will continue to give me.
