I Once Was Blind But Now I See
A Past Remembrance of Lyle B. and His Love For Me
Joy envelopes me remembering the many good things that were ours to share.
There was the trip they made down to see my dad and myself.
The many things they did while they were here to have a good time.
Not only those times but the many times on the phone where he would tell me of how much he loved me.
I will never tire of hearing those words within my mind and heart for it is and was so true he loved me as a brother and friend.
In retrospect the love was more than words but actions as well.
The confections he'd make for us and the pillows he made all were so beautiful and special .
The times with Lyle are now gone but the memory of him will last as long as I am on this planet.
For it is locked away; in my heart and life.
Never to go anywhere but remain here with me for as long as I live.
The Lord has His precious hand involved with this that He gave me.
It is through Him and only Him I have what I have today.
As always may the Lord be blessed for having given me the love of this precious brother and friend.
