Remembering A Veteran, Lyle B.

There are many men I have known; in my time of being on this earth.
But few compares with the man that Lyle B. used to be.
He is gone now and is with his reward he earned.
I am still lugubrious over the loss of him for he was my brother and friend that loved me for myself and without any pretense.
He did for us as he could do and blessed us with many things.
Having served; in the Armed Forces, makes him very special to me.
I wished  I had the chance to serve as well but didn't .
The love of his country was within his heart to serve the time he did.
He made a great homemaker afterward to keep his home and did the other things that a person would do.
I cherish the man and will go on revering him for the caliber of a man he was.
Bless you, Lyle B., for the great man you were and remain to be within me.
I am so happy I came to know you and am so blessed you were a part of my life and remain to be.
