Do not become naïve,
Or being ignorant;
Even though you do grieve,
Just be more tolerant.
Someone has passed away,
The loss that you must cope;
Do not think you must stray,
Because of lack for hope.
For they have not yet died,
Merely have gone to sleep;
Doubting that I have lied,
They wait to take that leap.
Just as Jesus had done,
Back to life came to be;
The Father had the Son,
To give us liberty.
Liberty from the sin,
That causes our death;
Corrupting us within,
Until our last breath.
For those who do believe,
God is bringing them back;
A new life they receive,
Giving all that they lack.
Answers that you have sought,
Can be found in His Book;
This is what the Lord taught,
If you just take a look.
Christ will come from Heaven,
When heard the trumpet sound;
The command is given,
For being Heaven bound.
So comfort each other,
Reassure the whole crowd;
You will see your brother,
When Christ comes in the cloud.
