Please do not be surprised,
By fiery troubles;
Being falsely advised,
Then bursting your bubbles.
Do not feel as though,
Something strange occurs;
But be happy as you,
Share suffering that stirs.
You will be full of joy,
When Christ appears again;
Through glory you employ,
Everlasting till then.
You must endure insults,
Others flow from the tongue;
But must remain adults,
When such language is flung.
Remember you are blest,
Because of the Spirit;
And you will do your best,
In all that you merit.
Anytime you suffer,
For being a Christian;
You do have a buffer,
To calm down the tension.
You should not feel ashamed,
Rather praise God instead;
Whatever you proclaimed,
Feel not as though you dread.
For the time has arrived,
For the judgment to start;
All the sin that have thrived,
Are revealed in your heart.
If it begins with us,
Then what will be the end;
Those who will raise a fuss,
Have no one to defend.
For the godless sinner,
Jesus Christ will not save;
For faith is the winner,
To rescue from the grave.
