They begin to forget who is paying them
First the banks stopped giving interest
Then they gave bad loans and took homes
Public service has never been good
Grandma is "94" uses a walker
Very unsteady getting in an out of a car
So the wife went in with signed check
and her Mother's identification
"No,we have to see her personally"
She is in handicapp parking at your front door
Mind you there is a Manager and three clerks
No other customers in the bank
There might be a reason for that fact
"She is 94 and crippled could you send someone
out to see her it is a struggle for her to come in?
WELLS FARGO'S company policy
When did common sense and curtosy leave for profit
The walker had to be taken from the trunk by a women
who had only recently broken her ankle in three places
Struggle to get Mom out of the car and onto a Walker
While three clerks were talking about whose break was next
Several thousand dollars will be transfered to a new bank
First we have to check into what their policy is
Bank manager did hold the door open for Grandma as she stuggled in
A few years back I was at the same bank
I heard this guy loudly arguing with a teller
He wanted forty bucks from his account but left his card at home
She said you have to have your card
He said I have come in here for five years you know me and my wife
I just want forty buck out of my own account.
Bank policy you have to have proof now I understood that
When he got angry and came storming at the front door
I told him to settle down he had to go through me to get to the teller
YOu're staying right where you are until the Manager gets here.
NOw I feel bad about that an want to apoligize to the Dude
Since when has bank policy overcome common sense?
Oh, and the reason I withdrew money from that bank?
When I signed up years ago they promised me free checks for life
I was still alive but they told me policy had changed
