What is it about you that you feel is unique
What have you within that has you glad to be..
What makes the you within a most beautiful soul
Can you tell of it simply in the voice of poetry..
Will you always remember after all said and done
That like us all we cannot take anything when we go..
What will have all that love you endlessly so proud
That life its self had them be a part of you its so..
Questions I ask and hope all do as well in this life
We all know so well good from bad right from wrong..
When we are as if being ever so honest with ourselves
Will be be content with the lyrics to life's own song..
So easy to see the wrongs in all others in life
But there's a mirror that we should all keep close by..
I make sure in this unperfected world best I can
To as well be hard upon myself and to always try..
None of us are exempt from exams in life's big school
But yet so many profess to be and preach as well..
As if they are above all wrong and free from it all
That might not sound too great in our most final song..
But what is it that has us ever proud within our souls
And has us all each one be content on where and what we are..
Self examination is ever good for our very own souls
And absolute honesty within can take each one of us far ..
