Her sister with black beard

She took her hat off and said,
"I look like Mom do I get more Candy?"
I looked at Mom and gave her some too
No fool is this guy name Dandy
The next three I had to chase down
Someone had shut the gate
Once a year for Halloween I wait
One of the kids had his face covered,
I said, "I have to see your face for Candy"
He smiled and took his mask off
I said, "I see why you are wearing a mask."
And he said, "You should be wearing a mask too."
We did the fist punch and laughed
Wonder what he meant by that?
