If you may have any trouble,
Pray to the Lord of our God;
Do not just complain and grumble,
Please praise Him with honor and laud.
Sing out loud Psalms if you are glad,
And be happy through tribulation;
Not to torment by being sad,
Remember of your salvation.
If you are by chance feeling sick,
Call upon the leaders of your church;
With them praying will do the trick,
Healing power to end your search.
Prayers offered in faith will save those,
Who are sick and needing a cure;
Healing power from the Lord flows,
Down from Heaven morally pure.
If by chance that you may have sinned,
No doubt you will be forgiven;
But expect to be disciplined,
From your Father up in Heaven.
Admit your sin to your brother,
So that you may also be healed;
When you have prayed for each other,
Your covenant with God is sealed.
Prayers by those who have found favor,
Have their approval from the Lord;
Knowing Jesus as their Savior,
And are walking in one accord.
Like us Elijah was human,
He had prayed that it would not rain;
Three and one half years was the plan,
Then he prayed for to start again.
For from the truth if you wander,
Pray to get back on the right path;
Then no worry and to ponder,
If you will be spared from His wrath.
