 God's Love Through Poetry

A Modeled Life

Lord, I have lived a full life
but not until I met you
You have been my strong hold
no matter what I must walk through.

Because of You I have a model
words I have to live by
You always have a plan
in which for me to confide


Even in the shadow of death
 in Your arms I will cling
You have given me victory
so death where is your sting.

So when valley's turn to deserts
there is an assurance You give
that You will walk beside me
as long as I live.
