Where Were You On Your First Thanksgiving Day

Where were you on your first Thanksgiving Day?
As a child where were you?
Playing?
School?
Church?
With family?
Any number of places you could have been but the important thing is you were there to celebrate the holiday in grand style.
Thanksgiving Day to me is the prelude of Christmastime.
It is the beginning of the people beginning to speak to their neighbors and even strangers with  a friendly tone and one that is loving plus supportive.
People tend to be more forgiving than ever while this holiday is happening.
There is a unity of good and positive things that are attributed to the holiday.
Don't ever tire of having Thanksgiving Day for it is a great time to be had and the meal is  something that will and should bring unity to the family that maybe  apart.
Trust the Lord to light the way and encourage you to be happy during this time of year.
I know for myself it is a peaceful and pleasant time of year for God to speak to me.
