Heading south for the winter.
The birds fly backwards,
Into the hinters days.
Back to nests & days of rest.

Swanning & swallowing around in a whirl!
The romantic dance of the boy & girl, this gender bender.
Meeting of nature!
The bridging of birds, into generations future.
They float with fancy.
God that bird looks like Aunty Nancy.

Spirits rise to the sky upward into a pyramid of light,
Through a sunlight axiom.
Cascading on currents willowing & billowing, landing with precision.

Out & back to the nests woven home built with natures goods.
The simple life woven by love & wood.

Up on the wing the magic of crimson tones as the bird sings.
To laud the light & sun fire burning day into night.

The nesters cover by bridal clouds, Turing silver, saying good night.
We wait for the crack of dawn loves first light!
Brings forth a new day.

Winter into spring the hatchlings bring forth & chirp.
The air chill gives rise to spring.

The birds teach the young in short time to fly
It natures way some must die.

The family bade farewell to winters nest
Heading north with the rest.

Up & away into the jet stream of air.
Flapping & flying day after day.
The northern world has been found.
Finding a landing strip of natures land.

They wallow & play, then work the seasons.
Until natures call, pack your wings & head south.
Too short is life!

Heat & drought has bought the end of many species.
Has nature fallen on human calamity!
