Rachel and the Weeping Willow

Years ago as  a child, Rachel loved the weeping willow; in the backyard.
It was her hideout from the others who would make fun of her.
You see, Rachel, the captain's daughter, was with a limp.
Wherever she would go Rachel would limp because of her right leg.
Sadness was hers to deal with as she was plagued with this malady.
Joy captured her heart when her parents moved to this big house with the weeping willow.
It was across from the school where she attended.
Hobbling to class one day Trevor saw her.
He had something come over him but didn't know what it was.
So the two met at the bottom of the steps and they began to laugh.
Their hearts were merry and so happy of seeing one another.
Their time for communicating went on for what seemed like hours.
Having to rush home Trevor told Rachel that he would see her the next day.
Having thought of him a smile crossed Rachel's face.
Inwardly, she imagined what it would be like to be Mrs. Trevor Boyd.
The next day came to find the two out looking for the other and then finding each other.
Joy filled his heart as he took another look at Rachel and fell deeper in love with her.
The years passed and graduation came to their school for themselves.
Going off to the same school they continued their romance and had a blast of  a good time.
Time came for Trevor to ask the all important question which he did and Rachel said yes.
They were married their senior year of college and are married today.
