The Lovely Poinsettia Is a Special Gift

Years ago when I was able to provide some joy at Christmastime; I was able to give some poinsettias away.
The beautiful red flowers with the dark green leaves is a real treasure to receive.
There are white poinsettias as well and look comparably  beautiful as the red.
However, Christmastime is associated with the red more so than the white.
This is at least; in my way of thinking.
Jesus gave us both to cherish and to offer as gifts.
They have a long life if done well; in protecting them.
Jesus is the Originator of many beautiful things for the holidays if we will take the time to observe them.
The mistletoe for example is a freely hanging plant but the use of it is most romantic.
There are other things with the inception of the  Christmas tree to make merry for all people to observe.
God's creations are always perfect and right no matter what time of the year.
