Jessie, Beatrice and the Carolers Together

This great holiday season is complete this year with carolers.
On the street corners, you can see them assembled and singing.
Making merry within their hearts they extol the Lord's  birth.
Jessie and Beatrice stand; on the corner for  a time listening to the carolers.
Joy fills their hearts as the songs keep coming.
Donned with their winter apparel of coats, gloves and hats they face the cold and blustery winds.
Beatrice feels a little lugubrious over one of the songs they have sung.
Away In a Manger is the song that makes her sad.
The words bring back memories of someone very close to her losing their life.
The words seep; in the heart and mind of Beatrice bringing a tear.
Jessie is quick to put his arm around her and comfort her.
Soon regaining her composure she enjoys the rest of the music as they leave the street corner.
A holiday is wisely spent and observed as God had planned with all participants happy and joyful including Beatrice.
