I Once Was Blind But Now I See
Lyle, You're a Treasure to My Soul
Despite the knowledge that you are no longer with us physically; you are very much a part of me.
You're a treasure to my soul and have been for a mighty long time.
I am the one who has the blessings from The Lord given to me.
It is hoped during your time of being alive I was a treasure to you as well.
There isn't much within me as anything special I know this and don't have to be told but I do count for something as a person.
It is hoped that your life was blessed with me being a part of it.
I do know that I find it hard to be without you physically for I would love to still talk to you as I did before.
But you remain within my heart and there you remain.
You are a treasure to this soul of mine and will always have this distinction.
