As Winter Approaches It Makes Me Lonely

The use of the gloves and the hat or ski mask as I would wear are only part of the winter time.
There is a loneliness that comes with the occasion of winter.
You see, it was; in the time of winter that my mother and dad passed away.
Each separately thanks to the good Lord for keeping Dad alive for three years after Mom passed.
There is a loneliness within my heart as I ponder the happenings of this ill fated day when Mom had to die.
It was a cold day with the sun shining to begin then the clouds rolled in to block out the sun.
I remember my cousin Barbara Ann coming to see me at the hospital for I was a patient there.
Sadness filled the whole day for there was nothing to laugh about or feel merry for at all.
The only comfort is Mom had gone to Heaven that morning of her passing.
Going through winter today is a lonely experience for it brings up the past and the pain that I went through with Mom then  with Dad.
Jesus is the only One Who can and will give me solace for the pain felt for this time.
I do praise the Lord for making it so to have a peace within my heart about the both of them.
I realize that one day I will leave this world as well.
Because of my faith; in Jesus, I will be going to Heaven as my parents have.
