The Holly Leaf Tells a Spiritual Story

For a moment forget about the holidays which are now upon us.
Concentrate upon one leaf of the holly bush.
What does it offer to you who will see it?
It offers something most beautiful to see and to ponder.
The thorns upon the leaf is to typify the thorns Jesus wore.
The green leaf, itself, is to represent the grace of God.
The red berries is to typify the drops of blood Jesus shed for all people.
You see, it isn't only a mere bush that is used; in the holidays.
It is a message which God wants us to know and be aware.
There is total beauty within the holly leaf and the lesson it offers is something one shouldn't forget.
