NEW YEAR FEVER
Sliding down a cold wall
battered panty hose
my self centered bitch
Behind the partition screen
party favors lay spent
and an all night-er
What will become of you
and that irresponsible me
soft wet slow kisses
Elusive and a leather whip
fishnet stockings and cigarettes
movies until a blinding dawn
Where is my shy shadow
underneath an iron bed
trembling to bedroom sounds
Tomorrow the irony of it all
where the hung is not over
the party that never took place
See you next year baby
and the same O, same O
waiting for those fireworks
